Terms — Bridge AI

Who we are

Bridge AI is run by Pretiosus, Kochi, India. These terms are an agreement between Pretiosus and the business that uses Bridge ("you"). By creating an account or using Bridge, you accept them. If you accept them for a business, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

What Bridge does

Bridge receives the WhatsApp messages your customers send to your business's WhatsApp Business number, answers them with a scripted menu, and lets your team read, reply and follow each enquiry through to a sale. You connect your own number through Meta's WhatsApp platform. Bridge is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp.

Your account and your team

• Keep your business details accurate and your logins safe.
• You are responsible for everyone you add to your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.
• You need a lawful reason to keep and use your customers' information.

Fair use

Bridge is for answering people who contacted your business first. Do not use it to:

• message people who have not contacted you or agreed to hear from you;
• send bulk or unwanted messages;
• use contact details obtained unlawfully;
• do anything unlawful;
• get around Bridge's or Meta's limits;
• resell or share Bridge with others without our written agreement.

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if there is a security or legal risk, or if the law or Meta requires it.

Your data

Your business owns its data. We use it only to run Bridge for you, as our privacy page explains. For a copy of your data, or to delete it, email office@pretiosus.cc.

Fees

Fees are set in a written agreement with you. Taxes are extra.

Availability

We work to keep Bridge running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, unless we have agreed a service level with you in writing. Bridge depends on Meta's WhatsApp platform, and we cannot guarantee that every message is delivered. Bridge is provided as it is, as far as the law allows.

Limits on liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for fraud.

You will cover our costs from claims caused by your breach of these terms, by unlawful use of Bridge, or by unlawful handling of personal information.

Ending

Either side can end the agreement as agreed in writing, or, if nothing was agreed, with reasonable written notice. Your data is then handled as our privacy page explains.

Changes

We will email you about important changes before they take effect, and update this page and its date. Using Bridge after that means you accept them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have by law to go to court elsewhere.
